Conclusion on the Evaluation of a Single Vehicle

A document that confrims the conformity assessment of the vehicle has been carried out, therefore it can be freely used on public roads in Russia. In other words, COESV is similar to the Vehicle Design Safety Certificate, provided for cars that are registered with organizations.

Vehicle Design Safety Certificate (VDSC)

A document that certifies the compliance of a single vehicle (UTS) with the established requirements of the customs authorities, as well as the provisions of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union "On the Safety of Wheeled Vehicles". (TR TS 018/2011).

Electronic passport of a vehicle (including the chassis of the vehicle) (EPTS)

A document that contains information about the basic technical characteristics of the vehicle, the identification data of the main units, information about the owner, registration and deregistration, issued in an automated system "System of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic passports chassis) of vehicles and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of equipment" (AS SEP).
